Terms of service
These terms form the agreement between you and IPTV Canada ("we", "us") when you visit iptvinc.ca, request a trial or buy a subscription. Placing an order means you've read and accepted them, along with our refund policy and privacy policy.
In a sentence: use the number of screens you paid for, pay honestly, don't copy or redistribute the streams, and we'll keep the service running and help you when something breaks.
1. Your subscription
A subscription gives you personal, non-transferable access to the service for the length you bought (one, three, six or twelve months), starting when we activate it. It ends automatically at the end of that period. We don't store payment details and we never renew a plan without a new payment from you.
2. Screens and logins
- Your plan sets how many devices may stream at the same time: one to five, depending on what you bought.
- You may install the service on as many of your own devices as you like, as long as simultaneous streams stay within your limit.
- On multi-screen plans each screen has its own login. Those logins may be used in different homes and locations.
- Using one login on more devices at once than your plan allows is a breach of these terms. Our systems detect it, and the account may be suspended. If your household needs more screens, ask us to upgrade.
3. Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in Canadian dollars on our plans page and at checkout.
- Payment is made by Interac e-Transfer to the recipient shown on your order confirmation, with your order number in the message.
- Your subscription is activated once the payment has been received and matched to your order.
- Refunds are governed by our refund policy. One-month plans are not refundable once activated.
- If you reverse or dispute a payment without first contacting us to resolve the problem, we may close your account and refuse future orders.
4. What the service is, and isn't
Live television depends on networks, sources and infrastructure outside our control. The service is therefore provided "as is" and "as available." In particular:
- We may add, remove or change channels, categories, on-demand titles and feeds at any time. Individual changes are a normal part of running the service and aren't a failure of it.
- Picture quality depends on your own internet connection, home network and device. We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K on each screen.
- Short maintenance windows may occasionally be necessary. We try to schedule them away from peak viewing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- record, download or store streams, except through catch-up features provided in your player;
- rebroadcast, restream, share publicly or otherwise redistribute any part of the service;
- sell, rent or give away logins, unless you're an authorised reseller using our reseller panel;
- attempt to probe, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with our systems;
- use the service in any way that breaks the law where you live.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Breaching this section may lead to immediate termination without a refund.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is involved in fraud or abuse, or where we are required to by law.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by your internet provider, equipment or third-party apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
8. Third-party apps and devices
You watch our service through player apps and devices made by other companies. We don't control them, and their developers' own terms and fees apply. If an app stops being available, we'll help you move to an alternative.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
