Copyright notices
We take intellectual property seriously. If you own or represent the rights to content and believe it's available through our service or website without authorisation, send us a notice using the process below. This applies to notices under Canada's Copyright Act and to notices modelled on the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Where to send a notice
Email contact@iptvinc.ca with the subject line "Copyright notice." Notices sent through WhatsApp can't be processed formally.
What to include
- Your name, organisation, postal address, email and phone number.
- The work you say is being infringed, and your relationship to it (owner or authorised agent).
- Where the material appears: the channel name, programme and date and time, or the exact URL on this website.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, where applicable, that you're authorised to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How we respond
- We acknowledge complete notices promptly.
- We review the material identified and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to it.
- We keep a record of notices and may share a copy with the person or source the notice relates to.
- Incomplete notices may delay our response; we'll tell you what's missing.
If you believe a notice was sent in error
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email us with the details and the reason you believe it was authorised. We'll review it and respond.
