Refund policy
A subscription is a digital service that's usable the moment we activate it, so our refund rules are specific. We'd much rather you test the service free for 24 hours before buying than rely on this page, and that's exactly why the trial exists.
| Plan | Refund available? |
|---|---|
| 1 month | No, once activated |
| 3, 6 or 12 months | Within 7 days of purchase, for a verified technical fault on our side that we can't fix within 48 hours |
| Any plan, after 7 days | No |
The 7-day technical guarantee
Three-, six- and twelve-month plans are covered for the first seven days after purchase. We'll refund the plan if both of the following are true:
- There's a serious technical fault on our side (for example, the service won't load at all, or most channels fail) that we can reproduce and verify; and
- we can't resolve that fault within 48 hours of you reporting it to us.
What isn't covered
- Changing your mind, not having time to watch, or preferring a different app layout.
- Your equipment: a device that's incompatible, faulty or not set up as described.
- Your internet: slow or unstable connections, weak Wi-Fi, data caps or throttling by your internet provider.
- Lineup changes: individual channels or titles being added, removed, moved or temporarily unavailable.
- Terms violations: accounts suspended for exceeding their screen limit, sharing logins or other breaches of our terms lose any right to a refund or credit.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@iptvinc.ca within the 7-day window with:
- the name and email address on the order, and your order number;
- a short description of the problem and when it started;
- a photo or short video showing the issue, if you can.
We'll look into it, try to fix the problem, and reply with a decision. Approved refunds are sent back by Interac e-Transfer, normally within 3 to 5 business days.
Talk to us first
Almost every problem people run into, whether it's buffering, a missing guide or a login error, is solved in one support conversation. Message us on WhatsApp or by email before assuming the service doesn't work; in most cases you'll be watching again long before a refund could be processed.
