What every IPTV subscription includes
Some IPTV providers in Canada sell a "basic" tier and then charge extra for sports, 4K or the movie library. We don't. Whether you pay for one month or twelve, on one screen or five, you get:
- The complete live lineup of more than 48,000 channels: Canadian networks in English and French, American networks, sports, news, kids, music and international channels.
- The on-demand library of more than 200,000 movies and series episodes, including many 4K titles.
- An electronic programme guide on apps that support it, and catch-up on a large share of channels.
- Picture quality up to 4K where the source is available. Many channels are also listed in a lighter HD or SD version for slower connections.
- Around-the-clock support by WhatsApp and email, in English or French, for setup and for anything that stops working.
The detailed breakdown of channel categories and features is on our IPTV services page.
Monthly or yearly: how long should your IPTV subscription be?
The per-month price drops the longer you commit: $19.99 on a single month, $11.66 on three months, $8.33 on six and $6.67 on a full year. Here's how we'd think about it.
Choose one month if…
You've finished the free trial and want a longer, low-stakes test that covers a full cycle of games, weekends and busy evenings. One month is also sensible if you're moving soon or you aren't sure your internet connection is up to it yet. Keep in mind that one-month plans are not refundable once activated, which is exactly why we suggest the trial first.
Choose three or six months if…
You're confident in the service but prefer not to pay for a year up front. Three months covers a hockey season's stretch run; six months takes you through most of a sports year. Both come with our seven-day guarantee against verified technical faults on our side.
Choose twelve months if…
You've already decided to cut cable and you want the lowest cost. The yearly plan comes out to $6.67 a month on one screen, which is less than most single streaming apps charge. It's the plan most long-term subscribers end up on.
Whichever length you pick, nothing renews by itself. When a plan runs out, whether you renew is entirely up to you.
How multi-screen plans work
A "screen" means one stream playing at a time. A one-screen plan can be installed on your TV, your phone and your laptop, but only one of them can play at any given moment. Try to start a second stream and the first one stops.
Multi-screen plans remove that limit. Each extra screen comes with its own separate login, so the streams never compete. That also means they don't need to be in the same house: one login can live on the living-room TV in Mississauga, another on your parents' TV in Sudbury and another on your phone at the cottage. They'll all work at once.
| Household | Screens we'd suggest |
|---|---|
| One person, one TV, sometimes a phone | 1 screen |
| Couple who watch separately in the evening | 2 screens |
| Family with kids' tablets and a game on the big TV | 3 screens |
| Family plus a cottage or grandparents' home | 4 screens |
| Two households sharing one order | 5 screens |
If you outgrow your plan halfway through, message us. Moving to a bigger plan takes a few minutes, and we'll explain exactly how your remaining time carries over before you pay anything.
Paying by Interac e-Transfer
Your IPTV subscription is paid by Interac e-Transfer because that's how Canadians already send money: it comes straight from your own bank, there's no card number to store anywhere, and the transfer leaves a clear record on both sides. After you place an order you'll see the exact amount, the recipient and your order number to put in the message field. Once the transfer lands, we activate your subscription and email your login, usually within the hour at any time of day.
If you're renewing, you'll keep the same login and your apps don't need to be set up again.
What if your subscription doesn't work out?
Three-, six- and twelve-month plans are covered for seven days against a verified technical fault on our side that we can't fix within 48 hours of your report. One-month plans are non-refundable once active, and a change of mind, a home Wi-Fi problem or a single channel being unavailable don't qualify. That's why we'd always rather you use the trial first. The full terms are on the refund policy page.
